No Up Front Fees and Free Consultation

Clients will not be turned away because of an inability to pay.  We offer contingent fee services in most cases.  This means you pay the fee at the end of the case, and only if we are successful.  If there is no settlement or favorable outcome, then you owe us nothing, neither case expenses nor attorney fees; however, if we are successful then we expect reimbursement of our firm's case expenses out of the client's portion of the recovery; in other words, since the case expenses started off in "our pocket" and were expended in the client's behalf, it's only fair that we be reimbursed our expenses.  In any case, if there's no recovery, you owe nothing.

Without the contingent option, hard-working families would have no ability to hold the insurance company or responsible parties accountable for their conduct and the losses suffered.  Our contingent fees range anywhere from twenty-five percent to fifty percent depending upon the type of case, and whether the case is forced to go through the appellant process; however, most cases will fall into the thirty-three percent to forty percent range.
